The story was pretty much familiar already along the corridor. Dark and thrashed apartments.

And open windows too close to the neighboring house.

Same view, different settings.

Again a lovely chair. I’ve seen so many in abandoned buildings, that I could decorate a mansion with them.

The rest of the furniture wasn’t equally impressive.

There was actually a surprising amount of it left up here.

The end of the corridor. It didn’t stretch through the entire length of the building, meaning, that there was a second stairway somewhere.

So meanwhile views of the opposing building.

And a very vintage ironing board.

Now this: a bunch of someone’s family photos. I’ve done some censorship.

A Builder’s guide from 1984. The notable thing is, that according to the logo it has been made and sold by the competing co-operative. What heresy is this?

Is that mold or the wallpaper?

Home recorded VHS tapes. They include at least The Naked Gun and The Naked Gun Two according to the labels.

Remains of an old computer lay here.

Perhaps old keyboards and VHS cassettes were a thing of this inhabitant.

At least the collection was impressive.

In addition he seemed to have made homemade wine or beer. A true nerd, it seems. A bit surprising to find one in a town like this.

The walls have suffered in the hands of vandals. And as you can see, they really are made of cardboard.

Just another dark and thrashed room.

Where the walls obviously once have been pretty handsomely colored.
I am now done with this end of the top floor. Time to go back to the bar and see if I can find an entrance to the other end of the top floor.
