As this Instagram follower of mine had watched my stories closely, they knew, that I loved functionalistic architecture. They tipped me about a small functionalistic business and residential building on the outskirts of the city center, which had been scheduled to be demolished for years, yet nothing had happened.
Once again they couldn’t promise a certain route in, but as I had been lucky with the mill, I decided to go have a look.

There it is, and it is a beauty. To learn, that it would be demolished, was heartbreaking.

The front looked pretty well sealed. Let’s move on to the back, shall we.

There were multiple doors, but none of them showed any signs of being a point of entry. The truck on the yard was a bit of a surprise.

I tried to take a photo through the window, but I ended up getting a reflection of what the lot will probably look like later.

Blocked. I’ve erased the address on the black sign.
In 2024 the building still stood. So maybe this will be another location, where I will get another chance.
