Greeting A Childhood Friend

So I finally got to the place, where I was supposed to be an hour ago. I chose to visit a childhood friend with whom I went to school between 1996 and 2005. She had become a psychiatric nurse, worked at a mental asylum and lived next to a former one. And this means, that she also lived next to this location.

Everything looks exactly as it did a year earlier. Only the plants and trees have grown.

I don’t think this works anymore. But the amount of buttons is quite astonishing. Exactly how many people have lived in here?

A photo shot through the plywood on the main entrance. Doesn’t reveal much, does it?

The house seen from the back. The photo also displays the identical neighbour, which has been beautifully renovated.

The basement door, strongly locked.

Second visit, still no entrance. But you know me already, right? I will be back. I will always be back until the doors are open or the building is demolished.
