That was one corner of the store area. Let’s see what’s in the other direction.

A collection of receipts by the cash register. The last one dates back to October 1996. Another suggestion about the date of abandonment.

The shelves are empty. I believe, that there have been fruit or vegetables here.

And also here because of the green background.

More empty shelves.

And a counter for cold products.

The small cold room for dairy products.

Inside the room. Notice the familiar hexagonal tiles from old bathrooms I always love to point out.

Although small and rural, the shop seems to have had a meat counter until the very end. This is rare even nowadays, in smaller shops it is unseen.

Another cold room.

Moving behind the store now. There was a storage space, where the roof didn’t look very healthy anymore.

There was a corridor deeper to the non-public areas of the store.

Such as this small kitchen like space.

Prices of butter, margarine, other fats and butter cheese.

An old scale and egg cartons.

A file with names of different companies. Some of them provide food, others are hardware and car stores.

That looks like a meat saw. This really has been a full service village store all the way to the end.

Everything is on sale.

The rat bait doesn’t exactly increase my confidence towards this place.
One more post to go from here.
