A Memorial To A Factory

Welcome to the doors of another discovery. The sign says, that it is dangerous. I don’t believe in signs.

This is a former pulp mill, which was built in 1893. Or what remains of it. It was closed way back in 1975 and currently owned by a company providing energy and heating.

I didn’t believe that there would be a way in, but I wanted to give it a try anyway.

Well closed here too.

That’s an interesting construction. Wonder, what it has been.

That looks like not much is holding it together anymore.

The roof of one wing had collapsed.

This end of the building seemed newer than the other one.

The back side. One section of the building was located on this spot, but it was in such a bad condition, that it was demolished in 2019.

No way in – too bad.
