We had founded a new dance group the previous autumn. Our practice sessions took os around Southern Finland around once a month, and we often carpooled. On such tours I had spotted a lovely but neglected old villa next to a busy motorway. An interesting place to explore on my day off.
Like I said, a real cutie. Every time I passed it, I hoped that somebody would rescue it.

The door led straight to the old fashioned kitchen.
Magazines from early 2000’s and an announcement about sweeping the chimneys.
Not really sure if the stuff has been left on the table by the last inhabitants or by urbexerers.
The time has stopped.
The kitchen was very old except for the fridge, which is from the 1990’s or maybe even 2000’s.
The kitchen sink was a rather innovative solution.
A lovely old tray on a lovely old chair.
There were even some shoes and clothes left in the closet.
The next room was probably the main hall of the building opening up to a large porch. The room was dim because the curtains were shut.
In the corner we have another vintage hoover, a common sight in abandoned buildings.
I guess, that this room with the beautiful parquette is the former living room.

A lot of books from different dates and times. The one on the table next to the flower is an encyclopedia.
