Cute Little Cube Part II

In the corner of the hall was a parasol and a very old fashioned coat rack.

Stuffed in the corner was another coat rack.

A cupboard under the stairs with lots of glass jars.

The other side of the porch. It clearly is later built than the rest of the house.

Extremely old magazines.

Ads to a village store. Looks like prices in marks again, which dates them to the 1990’s.

Let’s see, what’s upstairs!

A bottle of vodka. This is older than 1991.

More bottles and old newspapers.

Even vermouth. An impressive collection.

A part of the upstairs was an unfinished attic. Common to old buildings.

The birch whisks are waiting for the next sauna day, which never came.

The newspapers and magazines really were all around the house.

Even here.

A collection of clothes last worn by the old lady living here. And Christmas decorations.

And yes, I know it was a lady. But here’s the puzzling thing. Most of the mail was addressed to her, but a part of it was to a person with a completely different name. Even a part of the mail addressed to the lady was to a different address.

One more post from this location to go.
