I entered the third apartment through the hole in the wall.

Well, it seems that there was also an entrance there.

A vintage TV.

The apartment looked like somebody had started renovations and then given up. A familiar story.

The chimney has changed color several times during the years. The wall looks healthy.

Random thrash.

The insulation has not come from the roof, but from some other place.

Again I tried something. And failed.

Renovations have definitely begun.

Just look at the beauty of these old doors.

The boards on the wall look like new. It seems, that whoever has started the renovations has also managed to build something instead of just demolishing.

Even the radiators have been removed.

The entrance to the apartment is to the left. The room straight ahead with the missing wall is probably the bathroom and is located under the stairs, which are behind a separate entrance.

Time to see, if the final entrance is open.

Success.

The upstairs was also divided into several apartments.

This one is number four.

I only took some photos from the top of the stairway because of the dangerous condition of the floor.

It was time to head down and out.

I think this beauty is beyond rescue. Sad, but unevitable.
When writing this post, I did some research on the furniture factory. It was demolished in 2019, but a photo from Google Maps showed, that it was a real beauty. It’s a pity I came in too late again.
