In Good Care Part II

Here we have another interesting location, a plague hospital. It was originally built in the 1910’s, but enlarged in the 1950’s to its current, functionalistic look. It became an ordinary hospital in the late 1950’s and was closed in the 1980’s. After that it acted as student apartments until being abandoned in 2009.

Nowadays an art association occupies the lot while the city planners are wondering, whether the old hospital building should be preserved or demolished.

Even the building has become a platform for art.

There’s an old sauna in one corner of the lot.

I know a person, who knows a person, who has keys here. But it was so late in the evening, that I didn’t want to disturb people anymore.
