That must be the door from the pub to the terrace, which I saw earlier from the outside. The wall to wall carpet is a blast from the past.

The children’s menu and the drinks. A nice fit!

The use of wood in the interior is striking.

It was visible everywhere except for the floor.

It looks like a piano, but it doesn’t seem to really look like a piano. I’ve never seen such an instrument.

A lot of the wood had also been left looking unfihished. These must be later additions.

There was also an old honky tonk.

Somebody disliked the lunch.

The cafeteria line looks classy. The orange trays remove some of that class, though.

A small back room. The shelf in the back is from Ikea. I have two similar ones at home.

I wonder what this has been used for. My guess is returning the dishes.

Another version of the children’s menu. The wine sipping mice sure are an integral part of that.

The final menu still seems to stand on the counter.

And this is what it looked like on the staff side of the long, wooden counter seen earlier.

Small snacks sold in the bar. A sausage or a meatball basket, fried calamari rings and hot wings. Yummy!

Doesn’t look very sharp to me anymore.

The kitchen was small.

Is it just me, or is that painting quite scary?

The pizza menu. They seem to have run out of salmon on the last day, as it has been suddenly replaced with chicken.

Intact champagne glasses with the brand Elysée written on them. It’s a Finnish brand of sparkling wine made of currants. Once a popular brand, it has luckily been replaced with much better quality options, like Cavas, Proseccos and my personal favorite – Cremants.
That’s all from this location. I’m a bit sad that I didn’t get here before they covered all the windows.
But I am happy that I got here. The town bought the place in 2023 and demolished the buildings in 2024.
