Approaching the older section of the building from this side.

And that over there is a clear opening.

One look back towards the power station to make sure that nobody sees me.

And here we are. After the co-operative store and the hotel this was the third big catch in just a few days. What a summer this was turning out to be.

The entrances were to a narrow shelf, which ran on three sides of the room. Most of the room was two storeys high and extended all the way to the basement. Some big machinery must have been located here originally.

I still don’t know how a place goes into such a bad condition in just a few months. I mean that thing was slowly becoming a pool.

Hello, mr. or mrs Bird.

I wonder what the purpose of this space has been.

And the strangest thing was, that there was no way down. And I didn’t have the time to look for one. My dance practise was approaching. So I had to just promise myself to be back one day.

This is the building with the store I mentioned earlier. It wasn’t planned to be demolished at this point.

The power plant was a fairly unimaginative building.

There were also other utility structures in this area of the dairy plant area.

Actually the power plant looks like it’s been enlarged in an era during which architecture was no longer valued.

But originally, at least some effort had been made.
Time to go dancing now. But I would surely try to return the very same summer, because demolition was just behind the corner..
