Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind Part II

A second toothbrush and a very worn out one. Either someone’s lived here for a pretty long time, or then there are several inhabitants.

They have found their roles.

This was a very strange pile of paper for two reasons. It was ordinary mail, like car tax and insurance papers, letters from a bank and so on. There were also letters from debt collector companies and even from the bailiff meaning that some debts had not been paid. The first strange thing was, that a lot of the mail was unopened. The even stranger thing was, that the letters weren’t addressed here, but to other buildings along the street. There was mail addressed to at least three people living in different addresses.

I mean, what did they do? Dump their unwanted mail in an abandoned daycare center nearby and imagine that it didn’t exist?

This looks like the former kitchen.

And these seem like really child friendly stairs.

As always, a horrible fate is awaiting me if I climb up. I’ll just have to accept that.

The small top of the building has windows to two directions, and it is just a storage attic? I told you this was a very badly designed building, already, but this is just a total waste of space.

A messed up room, which looks a bit like an office.

This place still doesn’t look like a comfortable kindergarten. It looks extremely cold and dull.

A newspaper from 2009. The headlines are about the death of former actor and movie director Åke Lindman.

More sheet music and once again a very interesting selection for a kindergarten. This one’s called ‘Under The Southern Sky’. I’ve never even heard of the guy.

Ok, this really was music for kids. Nothing surprises me anymore.

Not the entire top of the building was just a storage attic. Here the windows near the roof have been used to give lots of natural light to a room with a high ceiling. A nice detail.

The graffiti artists in this town really have no skill at all.

Another waltz. I’ve never heard this one either. This seems like the graveyard of songs, nobody remembers. Apart from Uriah Heep, of course.

A DVD movie. This one wasn’t for children either. I am starting to suspect, that most of the stuff inside has been dumped here since the children left.

A Telefunken made ghetto blaster. I can’t recall seeing one before.

One more post from here to go.

      1. I’m back because I just remembered what I had in mind lol 😂. That attic would be my spot for a bedroom if that house was mine. Even if that house wasn’t mine if for whatever reason, I don’t know, let’s say theoretically, you know, completely THEORETICALLY that someone who by some strange coincidence of the universe decided to build a house identical to this one and for whatever reason I lived there, I’d use the top floor attic as my bedroom. Yeah. I just wanted to say that earlier but I forgot until like now. Hahaha. 😂
