An attempt at a window shot. Not one of my best.

Again the brick wall looks a bit too good to me. The bricks and the plaster between them look a bit too regular to be from the 1940’s.

So I found the elevator. This one has definitely been modernized in the 1970’s, so that’s probably when the latest renovations had been conducted.

Another view at the wall and the ventilation channels. This view definitely looks too much like the 1970’s to me. Notice the much more irregular quality bricks blocking the doorway.

Another look at the elevator. Somebody has actually tried to rip the door open. I doubt that anything good waits inside.

There have apparently been several large tables in this part of the factory. Another guess: this is where leather products have been sewn.

This part of the building even had a nice plastic floor installed. I only noticed the contrast to the concrete floor downstairs now, as everything is covered in dust and dirt.

The puddle of water is a symptom of a leaky roof. The roof looks good, and it has been sunny recently, so maybe the leak is not that old. The plastic holds the water well, though.

A large iron frame, which has probably held a machine back in the days.

More signs from the 1970’s: the lamps.

Toilets for the workers. Not much was left of them, though.

And the break room with a little kitchen. That fridge is vintage.

Up we go once more.
To be continued.
