Another beautiful summer day was way on its way of turning into evening. I was driving in a part of the country, where there are very little hills or forest. Instead its open fields everywhere with some farm houses scattered here and there.
The road was straight and smooth to drive, when something did seem to be a bit off in the scenery.

That is what looks like an old village school, which hasn’t seen any use in a while. The yard is overgrown and the roof seems to have some issues.

And the issues are actually pretty big. A part of the roof has rotten and fallen away.

The open window seemed promising.

I wonder how bad of an electric shock I would get by plugging that thing in after it has stood on the stairs in the rain for probably a long time.

A look through the window got me puzzled. I thought this had been a school, but somebody had been living here in a modern computing era.
Once again I did my research. It was indeed a school, but the former teachers’ apartments had been rented out after school use ended. I found several former tenants sharing the stories on the internet, none of which had very kind words to say about the others.
Despite the open window I didn’t have enough power to push myself in. So much for this location, then.
