Chasing News Part I

It was that time of the year again. I had read news of city planning all winter, and was ready to go and see some locations, which were destined for demolition and replacement with larger, modern and more efficient buildings.

This is an old one family house from 1930. According to the detail plan documents, it has been abandoned for ages and is in a very bad shape. The owners of this house and the two houses on the neighboring lot are seeking a change in detail plan to allow the demolition of this little cutie.

I’m not sure for how long the place has been abandoned, but it seems that vandals have found it.

There was a small hut on the yard.

The house seen from the yard. The main entrance was pretty well shut.

Watch out for falling snow?

A garage, it seems. But what am I seeing?

Of course. Pickled cucumber, the classic of every abandoned building.

This was the only way inside the building. I again regret, that I am not a petite cheerleader flyer.

So tis is what it looks like inside. The fireplace seems fairly interesting.

So, no luck this time. But I’ll be back!
