Toys For Sale Part III

The top of the stairs. I somehow don’t think that the handrail is original. It looks like a 1960’s addition.

The teachers’ study door is missing a few letters.

And their coat rack is missing a hook.

The walls of the study had received a nice coat of paint.

And this former kitchen of an apartment is where they made their coffee.

This is what I would have loved as a child. I had one, but it was much less detailed.

The auxiliary building seen through the window.

And a better look at the painting on the wall.

A nicely painted shelf with some random stuff on it.

And a pile of home recorded VHS cassettes. I wonder, what’s on those.

A calendar from 2007. Perhaps that was when the last inhabitants of this apartment left.

Winnie the Pooh characters painted on the shelf.

An empty bedroom.

The door back to the hallway has suffered a bit.

The next apartment, another empty room.

A copy of Magneettimedia from 2009. This paper was run by an entrepreneur, who owns a chain of department stores. The magazine was known for racist and conspiracy theory articles.

Apart from that, the room facing the road was mainly empty.

The road was also empty. I spent a good amount of time inside the building, and no cars passed by.

The pipe over there seems a bit strange.

Again it looks like somebody has started a small renovation.

One final look at the room. Which is a perfect prelude to the final post from this exploration.
