This here is another elementary school. But before telling you more about it, let me praise the AI tool of Lightroom a bit. I’ve removed the school’s name, and you wouldn’t notice it if I didn’t tell you. It took about 20 seconds. Such is the power.

The school was built in 1951. I have to say, that the architecture is sometimes pretty strange for a school.
The school seen from the courtyard. Although it is a very basic 1950’s school, it does have some strange features. Like the junction between the two wings, the bricks around the four windows on the second floor and the windows of the side stairway.

According to media reports, there have been ideas to convert the building to apartments. No solutions have been found, so the most likely fate is demolition.
This beauty should have deserved a better fate.
