Before moving upstairs, let’s take a look at another corner of the small business spaces downstairs.

And now that I come to think of it, the downstairs was quite a maze.

Another, very small business space with a sliding door.

Even a lonely bike has found its way here.

Another possible exit, another entrance, which was once used to lure potential customers.

This view also shows a lot of stuff thrown down the stairs.

The ad of a dance school.

I still wanted to explore the downstairs better before moving up.

There really were loads of different and differently sized business spaces downstairs. This really must have been an empty place with just eight entrepreneurs.

Another one. The sign on the window actually states, that there’s space for rent. I don’t think that will work anymore.

Another space. They even have their own entrance.

More broken windows inside the building.

And a broken escalator. I think this is the first abandoned escalator I have ever found, yet the vandals have managed to smash even this structure in the building.

But before moving up the broken escalator, there’s still more premises to be seen.

The business owners left nothing behind. The cleaning company did, though.

The fact that the business spaces were so differently arranged was also pretty inspiring. They were of different shapes and sizes, some of them had their own entrances, which could be maintained outside of the mall opening hours, some of them didn’t.

They were dependent on the doors of the mall. This is clearly the main entrance.

More broken windows along with old Christmas decorations. The place really was abandoned in late 2020 as stated by the news.

Another dark corridor leading to another exit.

Well, there’s very little to explore in the downstairs of this corner of the building. Maybe the time has come.

The normal stairs seem a bit of a challenge, though, because of the wooden platforms all over them.

Well, it looks like the roof is leaking. But let’s get a better look at this in the next post, which actually features the upstairs.
And this is also my first time to see a broken escalator.(The vandalized space is really haunting)
