Didn’t Find A Way In So I Invited Myself Part VI

This is the second floor lobby. We’re still in the old part of the school. Behind the glass wall in the new wing.

Big crosses have been taped on the doors. Are you trying to tell me not to enter?

This is the new side stairway. the door to the left leads to the old main stairway.

The new second floor corridor. The floor material is the same as on the old side, but here classrooms are on both sides wile the old wings are built with side corridors. Another telling difference.

And here is the main difference: the window frames. In the old parts of the school they are painted white, in the new parts the wood has been kept clean.

More differences. Here the floor is plastic, on the other side it was wooden. Also here the brick walls are visible, on the other side they had been plastered.

The timetable of the last Christmas celebrations of the old school. The final festivities have been held at the new school, which was ready already. I was sent to report about the opening celebrations of the new school, when it was completed and I was working in the local newspaper.

There were sinks in the classroom.

Another classroom.

The rooms on this side had been thoroughly emptied.

The chalk box had been left behind and it had its consequences.

As the blinds had been closed, the rooms were dark.

Wonder, what that has been.

Drawings of either old pupils or uninvited visitors.

Moving backwards. The wooden doors are again the border between the old part and the new wing up front.

The heart of the school, the gym. Back in the days these were works of art, and every single lost one is a huge loss.

The sports equipment storage with strict orders to return everything to their place and keep the room clean.

The storage room was in the new wing.

The stage. I just love it.

There was a shelf on all sides of the stage. It was probably used to hang props and scenery from it.

The stage seen from the other direction. The original doors are to the left. They are facing the doors to the main stairway.

A side stairway beginning from the side of the stage. I know already, where these lead to.

Yup. The corridor with the dressing rooms I visited in the very beginning. But I’ve already been there. And there’s still a lot left to explore.
