The previous location was a mystery, but this one was not.

This is a former cotton wool factory. I was built in the 1920’s and enlarged in the 1930’s and 1950’s. It manufactured cotton wool and bandages, even diapers and disposable hospital products in the 1970’s.
In the early 1980’s a competitor bought the factory and closed it. It started manufacturing ambulances on the premises instead.

The place was abandoned, and in late 2020 somebody burned it down. The top floor suffered bad damage.

In fact a part of the top floor in the original part ceased to exist.

I tried to find a way inside the better surviving parts of the factory.

This part must be the last expansion from the 1950’s.

Even its roof had suffered quite a bit of damage.

Nope, no way in this time. Unfortunately. Although not a great success, at least I managed a longer post this time.
