As I promised, this will be the final post from this location and this adventure overall.

We found a second kitchen. This one was blueish with a red floor.

Moving further along the corridor.

A second kitchen. The stove doesn’t look very healthy.

The black thing on the roof is most likely mold.

There are many kinds of beds. But I probably haven’t seen a bunk bed in an abandoned building before. At least I can’t recall it.

A look at the old main building from the porch of the apartment building. The car tracks indicate that people still drive to the location.

A second entrance to the apartment building. It was a bit difficult to access because of the vegetation.

A similar story here. Mold, collapsed floors and lots of furniture.

It looks like the apartment building has spent its last years as a storage.

The final interior picture. With the collapsed floor we deemed impossible to climb over the door safely without the risk of it tilting and falling. But there probably wouldn’t have been anything interesting on the other side either.

Another baby carriage. What is the thing with them?

The former agricultural buildings of the municipal home. They gave up agriculture back in the 1970’s, so these have stood abandoned for a long time.

Actually the building has collapsed a long time ago.

Even the barn of the farm was accessible, but we had seen enough. We drove away, camped in the car by a lake and went to a national park the following day. We hiked for a good ten kilometers in the scorching heat and went to my place to drink beer and watch the ice hockey world championships. What a grand day out.
The buildings are still abandoned. The municipality has received numerous reports about their hazardous state and things thrown out of the buildings. They are looking into things now, but things are progressing slowly.
Meanwhile a photo exhibition displaying the degradement of the place has been held in my home town. But the place isn’t totally forgotten. I guided a fellow urbexer here, and they told me that they had to crawl out through the back door, as somebody spotted them from the road and entered in order to chase them away.
