This is the view from the large window in the main staircase. The road is small, but there was constant traffic, so we had to stay away from windows.

Of course there were skis in a nursing home. This is Finland.

The instruction booklet of a dishwasher.

There was a third floor in only one part of the 1950’s annex. The space above the long corridors was a cold attic used as a storage. It was dark and full of stuff, but we didn’t explore it further.

Watch out.

The rooms in this part of the building were larger than downstairs. They had also been treated with a different wallpaper. The old, wooden part of the building is behind the windows.

I still believe, that the building was abandoned around Christmas. The decorations are visible here, too.

Apart from the BMW-fetishists works, there was very little graffiti in the building.

A classic lonely shoe.

The floor material here was different from other rooms.

The two lower floors had a regular layout. The third one was more of a maze.

That could translate as ‘sex cave’.

On the other side of the building there was another, larger room.

A 30 year old book on running a business.

Even this room had gotten new wallpapers.

Another view of the scenery.

This is just a guess, but could these have been offices of the staff back in the days?
In the following post we enter the sex cave.
