The balcony runs through most of the length of the building on this side. The sea is to the right.
There has been a way in here for not so long ago, it seems.
This entrance is right on the opposite side to the main entrance. To the right are stairs down to the back yard.
The balcony continues. When the building was built in 1970, it was in the middle of the forest. Now neighbours are close.
