This golden haired beauty is yet another one of the baristas in the café I used to frequent back in the days. I had already been urbexing with two of them, she was the third one. Our location of the day was a former leather factory located next to a railroad.
My background research had once again revealed a neighbour, who was far from pleased with unexpected visitors and because of this we left my summer car a bit further away and walked a longer route to the location.

There it is!

Finding an entrance wasn’t actually too difficult. Every door was open and every window broken. The company ceased operations in 1989 and apparently nothing has been here since.

The entrance opened to a narrow corridor with broken windows and Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs.

The room at the end of the corridor was small and contained lots of drawer boxes.

It had been some sort of a garage or loading area, as a car could easily fit through the doors.

The next room was bigger.

This room was located between the end wall and the entrance. There was also an entrance here, but it was inaccessible due to plants and trees.

Actually the architecture of the place reminded me a lot about the previous building I had visited, The Place Where My Nightmares Were Made.

One of the main production halls. The building was divided in two with the thick wall to the left.

Behind the windows the fence next to the railroad could be seen.

The other side of the ground floor was also a big open space although darker.

On this side there was a lot of old production equipment left.

The wooden drums were used to process the skins in the early stages of production. Don’t ask me how this worked, I don’t know the details.

There were open doors in every corner of the building.

The wooden drums were everywhere in this part of the building.

Why don’t we go a floor up?
