A Gloomy Institution Part III

A part of a photo from a beauty contest on the floor. The violet thing next to it indicates, that maybe another beauty contest was held here.

A small kitchen, which isn’t too old. The red plastic floor probably is original, though.

It looks a bit like somebody has emptied a fire extinguisher here.

I believe this to have been staff premises because of the large window.

I told you in the first post, that the warnings about chlorine were a clear sign of a pool in the building. How right I was.

Now the pool was a storage for old furniture.

That is an interesting location for a projector and a screen.

The showers. The taps have been removed for some reason.

This is Finland. Of course there is a sauna.

The stones of the stove were all around the place.

It looks like an artificial plant has been slaughtered here.

The likely source.

An emergency exit.

A small lounge with a calm and beautiful light coming through the roof.

An entrance lobby and a reception desk.

The front desk.

Somebody decorated the door windows.

There was a kitchen behind the front desk.

A storage room.

And a dressing room, probably for the staff.

“Save electricity, not the switch.” Well, the switch has gone missing.

This is what the world looks through the hatch.

Moving on. There’s another entrance up front.

It seems I have found the music library of the institution.

And here we have another corridor. Let’s see what’s by it in the next post.
