The following location on my little day trip: a former leather factory. Much older and smaller than the one I photographed the previous summer.

And a residential building.

And a workshop and garage of some kind.

And a really vintage Peugeot 205! I love that one!

A closer look at the apartment building.

The lower wing seems newer. The factory can be seen behind it.

The apartment building from another angle. The wings don’t match at all.
So what is this place?
The leather factory was opened in 1917 and closed down in 1955. Later on even a petrol station has functioned on the premises, which probably explains the garage. In the 1970’s and 1980’s the local middle school used the main building as their woodworking class.
The municipality bought the historically important factory and apartment building in 2016. They would like to renovate it to become a culture venue, but the buildings are in extremely bad condition.
We are waiting for things to happen.
