I Might Have Been Mistaken Part II

To my great surprise the door was open. I was greeted with an old, plastic Christmas tree in the hall. I guess the last guests really were here around Christmas.

The first room was fairly large, and there even was a whiteboard.

And lots of laundry drying. I was a bit puzzled by this. I was actually starting to doubt, if the place indeed was abandoned or not. The hostel is definitely closed, but abandoned?

Another entrance.

Sun Ice is an ice cream brand from my former home town. It hasn’t been around for years.

What looks like a locker room.

And here we have the pantry. There’s even some food left.

Russian conserves. I didn’t check their expiry dates to see how old they were.

No drinks served here.

The kitchen. The colors are once again striking.

All the equipment was there just waiting for the next diners.

A general view.

That looks like a pizza oven.

This is probably the reception desk.

And this the main entrance of the resort.

That looks like an office room.

And a cleaning closet.

The Christmas decorations are present even here.

There was something like a stuffed capercaillie manning the reception.

A small lounge.

And a small library.

To be continued.
